Karen, originally from Texas, grew up in Colleyville and earned an associate degree from Tarrant County College. She moved to Georgia in 1991 with her husband, raising four children while working over 17 years in real estate, and eventually advancing to Human Resources Director. She returned to Texas in 2014 and started working with long time Equitable Advisor, Don Murphey; later joining Tack Advisors after his passing to continue to serve his clients and honor his legacy. Married for 47 years, Karen enjoys traveling, gardening, stargazing, and preserving family history.
